Why Healthy Foods Rule!!

As a young lady I want to keep my body healthy and in shape. So to keep my body in shape i eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes I eat unhealthy food but in moderation. If you eat lots of fruits and vegetables you reduce your risk of many cancers such as, mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer. Also, you reduce the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. You must eat the correct amount of servings for fruits and for vegetables you can get your two cups in many ways like, in juices, greens, raw or cooked it doesn't matter. Eat your fruits and vegatables no matter what!

Junky Junk Food

Have you ever eaten a bag of Dorito's? After you are done have you ever just looked at the back while licking off that yummy cheese on your finger's? Well guess what thats not cheese. It is a fake cheese powder called whey. Do you ever see those big words on the back of the bag in the ingredients, like Maltdodextrin? Well sometimes you don't want to know the meanings of what thoses big words are. Like in Dorito's maltodextrin is used in popsicles. Or like in some chips that are flavored sour cream and onion they use citric acid to help flavor it. Or the sosdium on the back of it can be your entire sodium intake for that whole entire day. In Dorito's they use cottonseed oil which is the most chemically intense product grown. So eat right and eat healthy and you will go far.
